The salary range for this position is $28.77 - $40.28 (Hourly Rate)

Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity. For positions represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range is guided by the rules outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.

Description

Microsoft Office skills a must- Excel, PPT.  Excel must be able to do formulas, pivot tables, analysis of data.  PPT- able to interpret data and complete presentation slides.   Works with executives so must have good clear, direct communication skills

The Outcomes Coordinator reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

Collects, analyzes and produces quality data for the critical care department. Responsible for the preparation of standard reports, analyzes areas for quality and performance improvement, and supports the team to ensure that patient services are delivered in a manner that balances quality of care with efficiency, cost-containment, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Designs data queries based on customer inquiries/needs. Extracts, validates, and analyzes desired data.
  • Collaborates on the design, implementation and evaluation of clinical data analysis processes
  • Makes recommendations for performance initiative plans based on data trends and analysis.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent.
  • Ability to be creative, organized and self-directed. Experience with Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint at competent proficiency level.

Preferred:

  • Three or more years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare related field.
  • Registered Nursing License.
  • CNA CERT.
