The Northwestern Medicine Talent Acquisition Team hosts and attends 100+ local and nationwide events each year to recruit a diverse and professional workforce. Our recruitment team is actively hosting and participating in these events to not only spread the word of our opportunities, but to also assist students and new graduates with resume preparation, interviewing tips, and outlining our application process.
We have a wide variety of employment opportunities including externships, internships, apprenticeships, fellowships, research, part-time roles and new graduate positions, just to name a few!

Applications for summer 2026 internships open December 5, 2025, and close January 16, 2026.
In 2025, more than 350 interns joined teams across our health system, contributing to meaningful projects while receiving mentorship and professional development. These programs are an excellent way to explore healthcare careers, build your resume and connect with industry professionals.
