Description
Department: Adult PHP/IOP
Required: Master's Degree with LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC required, or eligible for licensure
The Case Therapist II SL reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated clinician to join our team as a Case Therapist II. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of effective treatment planning, creative therapeutic interventions, and the use of integrative, evidence-based approaches in group settings along with individual and family therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct clinical services, primarily group therapy, along with individual and family counseling
- Coordinate care by communicating effectively with the treatment team, patients, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
- Support discharge planning and ensure continuity of care across the treatment spectrum
Key assets:
- Proven experience in clinical treatment planning and implementation
- Skilled in creative and integrative therapeutic techniques
- Strong time management, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A true team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment

Qualifications
Required:
- Experience and training in assessment, individual, family, and group counseling
- Master's Degree with LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC required, or eligible for licensure
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
Preferred:
- 3-5 years in intensive treatment setting and /or mental health setting.
- CADC Licensure

- LIC MSW
