Northwestern Medicine Health Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in South Elgin, IL, located in the western suburbs of Chicago.
As an Internal Medicine physician in our practice, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care and manage a wide range of chronic diseases, complex conditions, and specialized care for adult patients. - Join a team of 4 established Internal Medicine Providers
- Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm with a flexible schedule
- Call responsibilities: Q10, shared and rotated
- Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services

Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted IL license
