The salary range for this position is $37.00 - $55.20 (Hourly Rate)

Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity. For positions represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range is guided by the rules outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.

Hiring Event for Registered Nurses at Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital

When: Wednesday, October 22, 2025 / 11:00am - 3:00pm

Location: 1000 North Westmoreland Road, Lake Forest, IL 60045 - Main Entrance parking and entry

*We are offering a sign-on bonus ranging from $1,000 to $5,000, depending on the specific role.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse

• AHA BLS

• Associates Degree Nursing (ADN) acceptable with commitment to obtain a BSN from an accredited program within three years of first day of employment in clinical nurse role.

Preferred:

• National Certification in area of specialty

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to collaborate with others

• Strong analytic abilities
