The salary range for this position is $120 - $147.50 (Annually)

Description

Act as resource for the regional ICC medical directors and lead APPs.
• Communicate system-wide initiatives to both the ICC physicians, APPs, and staff within assigned region.
• Facilitate individual regional discussions regarding performance and/or conduct as appropriate
• Attend system-wide provider meetings
• Foster and strengthen relationships across the ICC physician/APP groups.
• Work to advance the goals and initiatives of NMG and NMHC
• Function as the Physician liaison between the RMG/NMG practices. Assist to envision the strategic plan of ICCs to execute a 3-5 year strategy to advance the program.
• Complete physician schedule for assigned regional ICC.

Qualifications

Current Illinois medical license in good standing
• Benefitted status with NM ICCs (part or full time).
• Shall be and remain a member in good standing of the NM Medical Staff (or NMPN) that s/he is a member of
• Shall be qualified by training, experience, interest, demonstrated current ability, and board certification in the clinical area covered by the department.
• Must be knowledgeable about working with an adult population ranging from adolescent to geriatric, including patients with communications barriers, sensory impairment, and physical limitations, including but not limited to developmental, mobility, vision or hearing impairments
• Must be able to identify appropriate measures and accommodations to meet the needs of the patient in their age category.
• Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with patients and family members to resolve issues.
• Should possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent clinical judgment and quality assessment skills
