Description

Lead Case Therapist III

Department: Adult Mental Health

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week, no weekends

Mainly daytime hours, availability needed for one evening per week until 8:30 PM

The Case Therapist III SL reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

This role is expected to conduct assessment and treatment plan reviews as an independently licensed clinician.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychotherapy through various therapeutic modalities in individual and/or group therapy setting for a small caseload of 10-15 clients.
  • Provide weekly clinical supervision for therapy team members.
  • Complete documentation review and assessment sign off for therapy clinicians with their three-letter license or onboarding four letter licensed clinicians.
  • Work with an interdisciplinary team in reviewing cases and developing individual treatment plans, and providing case consultation.
  • Assist with training and onboarding new team clinical team members.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5 years of experience and training in assessment, individual, family, and group counseling
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
  • Master's degree with LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC, or eligible for licensure

Preferred:

  • 5 years in intensive treatment setting and/or mental health setting
  • CADC 
  • LIC CPC
  • CERT CADC
  • LIC LCSW
  • LIC MSW
