The salary range for this position is $49.18 - $63.65 (Hourly Rate)

Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity. For positions represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range is guided by the rules outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.

Description

Senior Analytics Developer for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Deliver solutions by writing ETL packages, developing visualizations, performing data and statistical analyses, data warehouse and analytic solutions and administering systems to deliver information to the health system. Gather and scope requirements and recommend analytical solutions to meet business needs. Serve as a functional and content expert of pipelines to allow synthesizing of raw data into actionable information, including healthcare claims and eligibility data. Apply knowledge of relational database skills including advanced SQL knowledge and the ability to create complex queries and stored procedures. Query and analyze data and use SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting. Perform solution analysis, design, development, support and structured programming. Mentor junior level staff on analytic tools and solutions and serve as subject matter expert within team and department. Lead upgrade activities and communication with stakeholders. Build custom data cloud pipelines, warehouses & marts and administrative auditing products. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or related field plus 4 years of experience in ETL/DW/data analytics required. Required: 4 years with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting; 2 years: SQL Server DB: create complex queries and stored procedures; Tableau /PowerBI /CrystalR/ SSRS; SSIS; SSAS; SSMS. Experience must include: gather and scope requirements and recommend analytical solutions to meet business needs; mentor/train junior staff on analytics tools and solutions; serve as analytics subject matter expert; Agile environment; solution analysis, design, development and support; structured programming. Background check and drug screen required. Some remote work available from states NM is registered for business but must be available for onsite training or meetings as needed. $102,294/year-$132,389/year.
