The salary range for this position is $35.02 - $43.78 (Hourly Rate)

Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity. For positions represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range is guided by the rules outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.

Description

The Project Coordinator reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support core Project Management activities such as project documentation, budget control, schedule management, monthly project status and financial reporting, project change management, procurement, inventory management.
  • Provide coordination support to Project Managers and Project Office team members within the Program or Projects, this may also include supporting the review and processing of invoices, construction pay applications for payment, asset definition, purchase order closure and monitoring of payment status and issues.
  • Participate in cost management, financial system, project management training programs as needed, and quickly learn the tools and technologies to effectively support customers and end users in the use of the PM tool set.
  • Effectively support Management in defining and analyzing project management related business processes and perform various ad hoc project analyses.
  • Ability to develop project related presentations for Management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Represent project management methodologies and project control related processes and related NMHC policies to support the defined project objectives. Support the Facility Planning and Construction Department. Create purchase requisitions and monitor purchase order status and issues. Conduct vendor follow-up related to invoice management. Adapt well to change and multiple priorities. Address issues in a timely manner. Utilize skills and knowledge in all assignments for the purpose of delivering excellent service to all team members and customers. Communicate clearly and responsively with all project team members. Focus on team success and promote collaborative efforts with others.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point. - Demonstrated organizational, analysis and problem solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance
  • Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare or construction project Finance.
  • Certification in Project Management
