Description

- Leveraging AI, automation and rollout of advanced cyber controls that support digital transformation strategies
- Implementing advanced technologies in clinical and administrative areas
- Furthering development of the end user support model to help enhance modern infrastructure
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning it with the overall business strategy.
- Defining and prioritizing product features and requirements based on stakeholder input.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including application analysts, architects, developers, and analytics, to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Creating and maintaining a product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
- Monitoring and analyzing healthcare trends, products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Participating in agile development processes, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Communicate and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features to NM are delivered first.
- Ensuring the product meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with Information Service teams to ensure timely delivery and resource allocation.
- Continuously evaluating and optimizing the product based on user feedback and business goals.
- Act as a point of contact for product-related queries and provide guidance to stakeholders on using the information systems effectively.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years’ experience as a product owner or similar role in Information Technology.
- Scrum Product Owner certified or obtain certification within 6 months of hire date.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of information systems, data management, and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and task concurrently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Understanding of user experience research and design principles to ensure user-friendly and intuitive information systems.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software development lifecycles.
