Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Aurora, IL, located in the western suburbs of Chicago.
As a NM Family Medicine Physician, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all ages. You will manage a broad spectrum of health issues of acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness and preventative care. - Join a team of 2 Internal Medicine Physicians 3 Family Medicine Physicians
- Clinic hours are Monday and Tuesday, 8 AM to 7 PM and Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8am – 5pm
- Call responsibilities: After hours starting 5 PM – 8 AM, Nurse triage available
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals
- Hospital privileges at NM Delnor and Central DuPage Hospital
- Standard primary care equipment and onsite lab services
- Nurse and certified medical assistant support
- EPIC electronic health system
