The salary range for this position is $680,000 - $835,000 (Annually)

    Opportunity

    Northwestern Medical Group is actively recruiting a full-time Plastic Surgeon to join our forward-thinking practice specializing in microsurgery, general reconstructive surgery, and aesthetic surgery.  This is an outstanding opportunity to build your career with the premier healthcare system in the Northern suburbs of Chicago. Our state-of-the-art facilities in Lake Forest, IL, and Grayslake, IL, provide an innovative and compassionate environment for patient care.   

    Practice Highlights:

    • Joining 2 board-certified Plastic Surgeons with microsurgical expertise and 4 advanced practice providers
    • Growing Breast Microsurgery Program

    We seek a microsurgery trained candidate who can enhance our current services and offer complementary treatments. 

    The Ideal Candidate will possess a strong commitment to community-focused clinical excellence and patient experience.  This position is a full-time clinical FTE with a competitive compensation package and excellent benefits.

    NM Lake Forest Hospital Expansion

    Northwestern Medicine is nearing completion of a campus development project at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest Hospital to allow us to better serve patients and the community. The was launched in response to the ongoing need for more patient care services and expanded access to patient care.

    The project will:

    • Increase the total number of hospital beds to 210, including 168 inpatient beds, 24 Intensive Care Unit (ICU) beds and 18 postpartum beds
    • Relocate and expand the Emergency Department with more diagnostic imaging equipment capabilities
    • Improve access to care
    • Continue to grow specialty care services
