The salary range for this position is $250,000.00 - $320,000.00 (Annually)

Description

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled BE/BC Obesity Medicine Fellowship trained Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Glenview, IL and Gurnee, IL, located in the northern suburbs of Chicago.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment focused on delivering high-quality obesity management care. As an NM Obesity Medicine Internal Medicine Physician in our practice, you will have the ability to make a meaningful impact on patient care, work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and enjoy a work-life balance in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care for the medical management of patients with obesity and will be comfortable managing weight-related complications while building long-term relationships with patients and supporting the continued growth and development of comprehensive weight management services.  

Highlights:

• Join a team of 6 Endocrinology Physicians, 2 Bariatric Surgeons, 3 Advanced Practice Providers, 1 Obesity Medicine Advanced Practice Provider and 5 Dieticians
• Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexible schedule and work-life balance
• Participate in call coverage at Northwestern Medicine Lake Forest
• Lab services onsite
• Provided support includes Nurses and Medical Assistants
