The Manager, Practice Operations reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

The Manager of Practice Operations will be primarily responsible for the day to day operations and the staff at the practice management client offices as well as certain EMR clients. This leader will manage the practice managers/supervisors at the sites, oversee patient experience and satisfaction, and invoicing the practices. This position will also be responsible for advising the Director of Provider Relations on ways to improve and increase services and values offered to the practice management clients.



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of management experience in a medical setting or related experience
  • Experience with budget and financial planning, strategic planning, problem solving, and team building
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action


  • Clinical experience (i.e. RN)
