The Coordinator, Radiology Quality reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. 


  • Responsible for overseeing overall quality in the department as well as training on new and advanced areas of Radiographic Imaging.
  • Training of all technologists in areas of advanced imaging such as RSA.
  • Responsible for OR training of new technologists as well as re-training of experienced technologists.
  • Performing initial competencies of all new technologists in all areas of Diagnostic X-ray.
  • Responsible for developing a training path upon date of hire.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation of competencies is complete.
  • Oversee the radiologists QC file and go over that with the technologists and follow up with the Radiologist on a frequent and regular basis.
  • Will work directly with manager to set up programs related to technologist's successful completion of onboarding program.



  • Graduation from Accredited Program in Radiography.
  • Must like to teach and share knowledge and experience with those requiring training.
  • ARRT, IEMA and BLS Certification


  • 3 years experience in the field.
