Description

The Administrative Secretary reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

This role performs department-based reception and clerical functions.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-5 years of secretarial experience
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and telephone knowledge
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

  • One year experience in clerical position
  • Ability to type 60 words per minute
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
