The Clinical Information Systems Support Analyst provides on-site technology support to the assigned facility, its staff and related remote users. The Analyst supports the various clinical/imaging systems in the center by troubleshooting and resolving problems. The Clinical IS Supp Analyst position works with the majority of these responsibilities carried out during the shift as well as outside of treatment hours.


Minimum Qualifications: - Experience designing, implementing, interfacing and supporting clinical and imaging applications and computer/network systems, preferably in a healthcare environment - 0-4 years experience preferred - Knowledge of web-based applications, web technologies and application security principles - General understanding of PC and server hardware/software - Solid understanding of network technologies and equipment (preferably Cisco) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent customer service, project management and communication skills - Strong knowledge of clinical information and imaging systems such as Mosaiq preferred - Understanding of DICOM and other appropriate standards preferred - Ability to build interfaces between systems, and experience with interface engines (OpenEngine, E*Gate, etc.) preferred - Training and certifications in clinical information/imaging systems preferred (Cisco certification, VMW, MCSE, A+, etc.) Required Education: - Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience - Bachelor's Degree preferred
