ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Identifies trends and opportunities for improvement in standardization of templates. Ensure daily and monthly report production occurs. Process master and daily schedule changes with a 24-hour turn around. Develop training curriculums and materials for template management. Participate in the development of master scheduling templates for programs. Review and coordinate appointment requests, determine appropriate services, physician and appropriateness of setting. Adheres to template standard as determined by manager and ensures accuracy. Understands and adheres to access standards, proactively provides guidance to internal customers to ensure access goals are being achieved. Demonstrates attention to detail and monitors own work for accuracy. Works collaboratively to identify and meet the needs of internal customers. Other duties as assigned. AA/EOE


QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required. Previous experience in Epic scheduling. Desired: Exceptional interpersonal skills. Demonstrated customer service skills. Ability to effectively handle challenging situations. Ability to balance multiple priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Epic certification.
