DescriptionAdministrative Assist in training new employees. Update application development tracking tool. Other duties as assigned. Leadership: Team / Project Lead Track: Assist Level 1 team members to close performance and skill set gaps in order for them to advance. Provide 2nd level support in project, ad hock status / issues meetings and conference calls. Tactics Team / Project Lead Track: Provide 24 x 7 operational support. Understands and practices agile application development methodologies. Understands and properly utilizes escalation paths and procedures. Ability to support at least 1 of the team's application development solutions. Strategy Team / Project Lead Track. Create internal process improvement initiatives within team's toolsets and workflows. Technical Architecture: Lead Architect Track: Participate in project design sessions. Responsible for debugging code. Responsible for making minor code enhancements. Responsible for testing code for team. Research and Development Lead Architect Track: Contributes to the sandbox environment for new application development and interoperability technologies. Development & Support in Front End and / or Back End Disciplines. Front End (3+ years experience): HTML, CSS, Java Script, Client Frameworks, Photoshop, and Gimp. Back End (3+ years experience): C# / .NET, CCL, Web Services, SQL, Cache, WCF, Visual Studio (3+ years experience), TFS (3+ years experience), SQL Management Studio (3+ years experience), Visual Discern (3+ years experience) and Vault (3+ years experience). QualificationsRequired: Bachelors in Computer Science or related field. 3 or more years application development experience.
