The Program Manager, Financial Performance reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.


  • Support monthly review and analysis of operational performance relative to NMG's financial and productivity goals.
  • Monitor budget performance by reviewing and analyzing actual expenditures and budget variances.
  • Support compilation of operational dashboard reports and other standard management information, ensuring data integrity in compilation of reports.
  • Manage coordination of financial systems, helping to ensure consistency in reporting across multiple platforms and process owners.
  • Support NMG operational leadership during the annual budget planning process, helping to ensure the creation of accurate, realistic and optimized fiscal year budgets.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision making related to physician, advanced practice provider and staff requests.
  • Build robust analytical models to analyze new/potential growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide analytical support for designated operational finance special projects as assigned.

  • Three (3) or more years of health care finance, analytics, or financial analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Health Administration (MHA), or Master's degree in a relevant analytical field.
  • Understanding of and experience working with relational databases.
  • Experience in academic medical center.
  • Experience working closely with physicians in a provider setting is highly.
