IS Team Leader

Location: Chicago, IL

Schedule: Full-time

IS Team Leader for Chicago, IL location. Design IS solutions, administer, automate administrative tasks, and troubleshoot systems, including messaging and collaboration services. Selects, installs, configures and converts, implements and supports IS systems. Lead all types of IS operations projects. Prepare IS strategic plans, estimate timeframes and resources requirements. Work with project teams to ensure standards are maintained. Work with departments to select, configure and support effective system solutions. Manage hybrid Messaging and Collaboration systems, including configuring and fine-tuning deployments to fulfill security and compliance standards. Coordinate the activities of cross functional operational support and project teams.  Monitors support demands for trends and recommends support improvements. Technology Environment: Office365, Active Directory, AD Federation Services, Azure AD, & ADConnect, Enterprise Vault, Cisco IronPort, Unity Sync, MS Identity Manager, managing multiple versions of MS Exchange server on premise, Archive2Azure, Power BI, Group Policy, implementing SSO with MFA & conditional access policies, multi domain management, admin automation, DFS, domain migrations, managing multiple versions of Exchange server, migration to Exchange Online.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering plus 5 years of progressive experience in the job offered or in Information Services required. Required Skills: 5 years with: lead IS operations projects; design IS solutions; Administration & troubleshoot of Office365, Azure AD, & ADConnect; managing hybrid messaging and collaboration systems; IS strategic planning; AD Federation Services. Experience must include: implementing: SSO with MFA, conditional access policies; multi domain management; admin automation; DFS; Group Policy; domain migrations; managing multiple versions of Exchange server, migration to Exchange Online. On call for emergency purposes only. Background check and drug test required.
