Counsels patients and/or parties responsible for payment regarding payment responsibilities and options.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - 1 year registration and collection experience in a healthcare setting - Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision - Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action Required Education: - High school diploma or equivalent - Associate's Degree preferred
