Description

The Director of Clinical Support, Surgical Services reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Aligns Surgical Services (SS) anesthesia support, process improvement, scheduling, perfusion and sterile processing and other SS support services across multiple clinical departments within Northwestern Memorial Hospital (NMH) to fulfill the mission.

Qualifications

Required: 

• Masters Degree
• Expert in process improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven skills in leadership, planning and quality
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with a diverse group of healthcare professionals in a matrix environment
