The Associate Trainer conducts and administers both classroom and e-learning training session for new hires and existing staff, supports the Principal Trainer with training material review and preparation, monitors employee progress, updates the Learning Management system, and registers staff for training sessions. Conduct new employee classroom training sessions and present new functionality and system changes to current end users. Create and distribute training schedules for NMG staff. Update class offerings in the Learning Management system and register staff for training as needed. Conduct testing of the training environments and course materials. Review and provide feedback of training materials. Conduct train-the-trainer sessions. Assist with the development of tip-sheets, job aids and other communication pieces to assist end users. Complete new student evaluations for all non-clinical Operational needs. Support various project initiatives as required. Maintainregistration and attendance statistics for all classes. Update and maintain class listings in the Learning Management System. Create and distribute training schedules for NMG staff. Register end users for classes and update completion status in the learning management system. Schedule training courses and load classes into the learning management system.   • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience in classroom training
  • Excellent presentation and class facilitation skills 
  • Credentialed in Epic
  • Competent using Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 


  • Previous experience with Epic Registration and Scheduling (Cadence/Prelude) software preferred
  • Willing to become an Epic Credentialed trainer for Cadence, Prelude and other applications as needed
  • Prior experience training adult learners on software programs
  • Experience in medical group practice preferred
  • Credentialed or certified in Epic Cadence and Prelude applications preferred
