Description

Responsible for support of assigned business or clinical application software, trouble shoot applications and technical problems, participate in software implementation and upgrades.

Qualifications

Experience: Good communication skills, ability to work independently. System implementation experience. Health care information systems experience. 3 years IT Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience.Preferred- Bachelor's Degree in related field. Special Skills: Ability to dynamically multi-task across numerous issues and customer issues in a high pressure environment. Basic computer knowledge, data entry and word processing skills. Ability to interact and communicate with people appropriately in stressful situations Customer focused, highly motivated, team player, and eye for detail.
